01The service

LaunchLock provides automated security, SEO, and AEO analysis of websites and applications, along with optional uptime monitoring, threat telemetry, and remediation guidance. Reports are generated by automated scanners and heuristics.

LaunchLock is automated analysis, not a penetration test, security audit, certification, or professional security guarantee. Findings can include false positives, and coverage can be incomplete — for example when a target blocks automated requests, requires authentication, or when optional integrations are not configured. A clean report does not mean a target is secure.

02Scan authorization

You may only scan websites and systems that you own or that you are explicitly authorized to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring that authorization exists before starting any scan.

Standard scans are available to paid API/MCP clients; Deep scans are available through the Pro/Max project workflow. Both profiles, and any active testing features, require target ownership verification and explicit scan consent. We may suspend accounts that scan targets without authorization.

03Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

04Plans, billing, and cancellation

Free accounts include a limited number of quick scans per month. Paid subscriptions unlock full finding details, fix prompts, exports, API and MCP access, monitoring, and verified scan modes according to the plan you choose on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change prices or plan limits with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

05Your content and data

You retain ownership of your sites, code, and data. You grant us permission to fetch, analyze, and store scan results, monitoring data, and related metadata for the targets you submit, so we can provide the service to you.

Secret values discovered during scanning are treated as sensitive: we report their presence and location without intentionally persisting full secret literals where the source platform supports redaction.

06Acceptable use

Use of LaunchLock is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no scanning targets you are not authorized to test, no attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no use of results to attack systems.

07Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will identify every vulnerability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchLock’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by decisions made in reliance on scan results.

08Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required to protect the service, other users, or third parties.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
